City of Campbell River Hwy Expansion
I was hired by Zinc Strategies to research and write an opportunity brochure for the city of Campbell River, which is seeking funding for a highway connector between Hwy 19 and Hwy 19A. The brochure will be used to illustrate the project’s process to date.
